Returning for what is their biggest and most esteemed line-up to date, Olio’s award-winning Chef Patron Lino Sauro collaborates with hatted Australian chefs and Michelin-starred international talent to bring unique and one-off culinary experiences. Held at Olio Kensington Street, each chef will cook with Lino for 1 to 2 nights only.
