Chef’s Table: A Sicilian Story with Lino Sauro

Join Sicilian-born, award-winning chef Lino Sauro for an intimate, curated evening about all things Sicilian. From classic Sicilian cuisine to live jazz by duo Jazz A’more, the night will encapsulate Lino’s story and heritage, the rich cuisine that inspired him to become a chef, and why he wants to share it with the world.

Lino opened the doors to Olio Kensington Street in early 2017 to show Sydney why Sicilian is the new Italian. Sauro comes from a long lineage of self-sufficient Sicilian farmers where he grew up with meals that were created with the quality produce grown on the property. This translates into Sauro’s menu with dishes that reflect a strong connection to his Sicilian roots.
