There’s only a few fleeting months of the year when you can feast on the deliciously decadent black truffle but instead of dropping $2000 on a kilo of these culinary gems, leave the hard work to the chefs.

It’s a common misconception that Italian cuisine is all about pasta, meat and seafood. Vegetables play a core part in Italian gastronomy and are often stars in their own right, like the legendary sunchoke or the wild mushroom.

Chef Lino from Olio has curated a luxurious chef’s table for you, with a menu that celebrates nature, featuring fresh flavours and his favourite Sicilian plant-based combinations, that will excite and delight even your most carnivorous friends.

This carefully curated five course degustation features winter warmers such Braised Red Onion Fagottini with Black Truffle and Seaweed Dashi, Smoked Sunchoke Cream with Black Truffle and an Organic Poached Egg and Wild Mushrooms with Butter Potato Tart and Black Truffle.

To round off this indulgent experience, the menu has been exclusively paired with a combination of Natural and Organic Wines.
