The Long Lunches really couldn’t get any better… unless you add Sydney-based rum distillers, Brix, into the mix! We’re keeping the price the same, but adding a few tasty libations to the menu. You’ll also enjoy a Brix White Rum Spritz on arrival, the perfect aperitivo to get your taste-buds excited. Our pop-up Brix Bar will be staffed with an expert mixologist making the best rum cocktails going, plus showcasing their brand-new Urban Cane Agricole style rum, complete with a live sugar cane press.
