To celebrate this match-made-in-heaven partnership, we will be holding the ultimate truffle workshop hosted by Madame Truffles herself. This is your chance to get a rare behind-the-scenes look at these ‘gourmet mushrooms’.

Learn direct from a truffle maestro about the farming, the harvesting, storage and handling, preparation, how to identify truffle regionality, and how to cook with them. The workshop will explore Australian and European truffles in depth, showcasing the difference between truffles grown in different regions.
