Frock up for your special day and come and celebrate the holy union of wine and you. Join us for the ultimate wedding celebration with all of the good parts (wine, cheese, cake, dancing) and none of the boring bits (speeches, expensive presents, your second aunt Mildred).

The annual Handpicked Wine Wedding is on again, and we invite everyone to attend in their finest wedding-themed attire. Think pant suits, spring racing or even a zombie bride fashion extravaganza.

Join us for one ultimate day tasting all of our new spring summer release wines from Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley, Tasmania and Central Otago. We will also be celebrating the debut of our new release Rose made in partnership with Romance Was Born. This Rose is an unlikely marriage of two grapes – Pinot Noir and Marsanne. See what we did there??

This is a fully inclusive event as we strongly believe that marriage should be for everyone. We’re celebrating love and nothing but love.

What is a wine wedding?
Good question! It is really much like a regular wine tasting, except there will be confetti, there may be an altar and there will definitely be plenty of cake and cheese. The star attraction will be Handpicked’s first ever Rosé, a deliciously successful union of Pinot Noir and Marsanne. You can read the story behind this unusual marriage here.

Why a wine wedding?
We are sick of boring wine tastings and want to do something different! We started this tradition 3 years ago and haven’t been able to give it up! Plus we all need an excuse to wear that dress we bought for that expensive destination wedding last year.

Do I really have to dress up?
Chuck on a dress or stick a flower in your pocket and we’ll still let you in. No pressure.

What is included:
Your ticket price includes unlimited wine tasting, cheese, cake and plenty of good times.
