SEDAP MALAYSIAN

MALAYSIAN EATERY | SPICE ALLEY

An array of classic Malaysian street eats.

Sedap offers an array of classic Malaysian street eats. From famous Penang hawker dishes such as Char Kuey Teow, a stir-fried flat rice noodle dish with prawns and Chinese sausages delivering a big smoky flavour, to Pai Kut Wong a Malaysian-style sweet and sour spare ribs and the more commonly known Nasi Goreng. It doesn’t stop with the food. Discover traditional Malay drinks such as Teh Tarik (aka “pulled tea” in Malay) a strong, hot tea mixed with sweet and creamy condensed milk that’s repeatedly poured (‘pulled’) between two cups. Sedap in Malay means ‘yummy’ and that’s what you’ll discover in every dish. Come down to Spice Alley and experience true Malay hawker cuisine.
